ContractSafe's Bulk Actions feature empowers you to efficiently manage reminders for multiple contracts simultaneously. This article guides you through adding reminders to a specific date across a group of contracts.

- Save Time: Set reminders for numerous contracts at once, eliminating the need for individual edits.
- Consistency: Ensure consistent reminder settings (e.g., email recipients, custom messages) across your contracts.
- Reduced Risk: Mitigate the risk of missed deadlines by setting timely reminders on relevant dates.
Getting Started:
- Navigate to Contracts List: Access the Contract List page by clicking "Contracts" on the main menu.
- Filter for Relevant Contracts: Utilize the filters available to identify the contracts requiring reminder updates. This helps narrow down the selection to specific dates, folders, or other criteria.
- Select Contracts: Mark the checkbox next to each contract you want to add a reminder to.
- Initiate Bulk Edit: Once you've selected the desired contracts, click the "Edit" button.
- Choose Reminder Date & Type: From the dropdown menu, select the date field you want to set a reminder for (e.g., Termination Date). Then, choose "Reminders" from the second dropdown menu.
Applying the Reminder:
- Configure Reminder Settings: With Bulk Edit activated, you have the flexibility to define reminder settings that will apply to all selected contracts.
- You can specify the email addresses to receive notifications on the chosen date.
- Additionally, you have the option to include a custom message within the reminder.
- Confirmation and Application: Review the reminder settings you've defined. Once satisfied, click the "Save" button to apply the reminders to all selected contracts.
Important Note:
If the selected contracts lack a future value for the chosen date, the bulk reminder option won't be available. In such cases, you'll need to add a future date value to those contracts before enabling bulk reminders.Additional Resources:
