Any admin can confirm a user’s role by simply going to Settings > Users.
While logged in, navigate to Settings>Users. Here, you will see three things that will help you identify a User and his/her role.
Email Column - Displays the user's registered email address. This is what they use to log to the account (If no special login method has been set such as SSO or Google/Microsoft sign-in)
Primary Role Column - Displays the role of the user. There are eight ( 8 ) user roles, and you can learn more about each role through this article. In the same column, you may also see and manage User Groups.
Permissions Column - Displays the access level of the corresponding user.
Tip: Additionally, there is also the Actions column, where you can utilize the three (3) icons adjacent to each user to do the following:
1. Resend Icon - Resend the invite email to join ContractSafe.
2. Gear Icon - Opens up a separate page to view an individual users granular settings.
3. Bin/Trash Icon - Deletes the user from the account. See also: How to delete a user on ContractSafe
