NEW:
- Recognize contract execution status with AI: Before, AI could only extract one of the 14 standard contract types. Now, AI can extract any custom type a customer adds! This makes categorizing contracts that much easier.
Update:
-
New contract execution status added: The contract execution status field on the contract page is now a drop-down with additional statutes to give you better insight into the signature status of a contract. The new statuses are:
- Fully Executed
- Partially Executed
- Not Executed
- Unknown Execution Status
- Not Applicable
Fix:
- Display count of users with folder access: Resolved an issue that prevented the number of users with access to a folder from being displayed on the dashboard.

NEW:
- New Australia (AU) server region: If your organization is based in Australia, ContractSafe has data residency in the AU region. To create an account and login, visit au.contractsafe.com
- Smart Search: While searching for contracts is easy enough, knowing what to search for isn’t always straightforward. That’s why we created Smart Search, so you can use plain language and let ContractSafe apply the filters for you.
- Contract Metrics Dashboard widget: Contract Metrics is designed to make it easy to analyze your data, uncover key trends, and report from the Dashboard. The metrics widget only displays for admin users.
Updates:
- Tag deletion modal: When you attempt to delete a tag from settings, a modal appears, prompting you to confirm the deletion, preventing the accidental deletion of a tag.
- Increased counterparty AI results: Regarding AI extracting counterparty data from a contract, the accuracy has increased to nearly 90 percent.
- Improved SSO user invitation email message: The SSO user invitation email message was updated. The new email message includes details about the sender, directions for logging into ContractSafe, and who to contact if you have questions about logging in.
- Contract execution status opt-in modal for AU and CA customers: For customers who leverage our AU and CA server regions, when an admin enables the contract execution status feature for their organization, an opt-message appears. Customers are required to opt in because the OpenAi (the service powering execution status) does not have data residency in these regions.
- Deletion Modal improvements: Deletion modals throughout the platform have been improved with more explicit wording and actions to prevent you from accidentally deleting information.
Fix:
- Inconsistent template fonts: Fixed an issue with templates that caused the font to change inconsistently throughout the contract.
- Custom period date filtering improvements: Previously, when you entered a time period into the custom period input, the contract list filter did not auto-select. Now, after you finish entering the information, the filter auto-selects.
