Contract Metrics is designed to make it easy to analyze your data, uncover key trends, and report out right from the Dashboard
Filter options
Note: This feature is only viewable as an Admin. If you are an admin and are not seeing Contract Metrics, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to get it turned on for your account.
Filter metrics by Category and timeline. For now, you can filter by folder, contract type, active status, and value
You can also filter by time (all time, last month, or Last 3, 6, or 12 months):
Count and change percentage
See a count of contracts added compared to the previous period as well as changes in count by percentage.
You'll also have a quick link to see the list of those contracts on the contracts list page. Select View Contracts and it will run the filter based on your selected filters.
Visualize your data
Easily see your data in graph form by toggling Show Chart.
Share with others
Report out on these metrics by selecting the elipses in the top right corner of the widget and selecting Download CSV.
