They want them all uploaded and organized in their new ContractSafe account, but they don't have the time or staff to do this themselves. We can help! We offer a white glove onboarding service called Jump Start.

Note: ContractSafe's Jumpstart Service focuses primarily on Contracts.
Non-Contracts such as insurance forms, business registrations, and emails will only be sifted for the four fields listed:
- My Company Name
- Counterparty Name
- Contract Name
- Effective Date
How does the Jumpstart Service work?
Simply give us your contract files and we do all the work! We extract the key data from them using AI and use a team of Paralegals to validate the results and fill in any gaps. We then upload your contracts and data into your account for you.
This includes extracting the following data:
- File Name
- Contract Name
- My Company Name
- Counterparty Name
- Fully Executed (Yes or No)
- Effective Date
- Termination Date
- Contract Term Type (Fixed, Evergreen, Auto-renew, etc.)
- Notice Required to Stop/Start Renewal (30 days, 90 days, etc.)
- Date for Deadline to Non-renew
- Autorenewal
- Renewal Term for Auto-renewals (Annual, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.)
- Includes Confidentiality
- Governing Law
Where are the Jumpstart service providers located?
ContractSafe employs two (2) Jumpstart service providers to cater to your contract management needs. You may freely choose between the two, with the core difference being the location of the people handling your Contracts and Pricing.
Both service providers leverage a Team with strong international language and paralegal capabilities.

Note: Regardless of your organization's location, you may freely choose between the US and EU based Jumpstart Service providers. There are no regional limitations.
How much does it cost?
US Based Provider: The cost for the Jumpstart service is *$10 per contract. The standard fields cannot be modified. However, you can add additional fields that you would like pulled. The price is $2 per field, per contract. You can also add parent-child mapping to your service for an additional $2 per contract. For more information on these services and additional fields, please reach out to your designated customer success manager. *Pricing is subject to change.
EU Based provider: The cost for the Jumpstart service is *$2.50 per contract. The contracts can be in any language. *Pricing is subject to change.
What is the average turnaround time for the service?
The average turnaround time for a Jumpstart service is listed below. Note that this timeline can vary and extend due to additional data or custom requests.
- Jumpstart with standard fields only - 50 to 150 contracts - 2 to 3 weeks
- Jumpstart with standard fields only - 150 to 500 contracts - 3 to 4 weeks
- Jumpstart with standard fields only - 500 to 1000 contracts - 4 to 5 weeks
- Jumpstart with standard fields only - 1000 to 3000 contracts - 5 to 6 weeks
